Links and redirects

Can I edit destination after printing the QR?

Yes. The QR always points to your short slug. You can update destination URL from dashboard, and all future scans follow the new target.

What happens when I mark a listing as sold?

Redirect follows sold or archived behavior based on status rules. You can also point sold links to a follow-up page with similar offers.

Can destination changes be limited to prevent abuse?

Yes. Policy supports an optional maxDestinationChanges limit so each link can only be updated a fixed number of times.

Plans and billing

How are monthly limits enforced?

When monthly creation quota is reached, new link creation is blocked until next billing cycle or plan upgrade. Existing links continue working.

Why is checkout on Paddle and not directly in app?

Paddle hosted checkout handles payment processing, taxes, and invoices so billing flow remains reliable across regions.

Can users request refunds?

Refund flow is managed through support and provider tools. Admin APIs track and process refund state for each subscription event.

Security and account

How does login work?

Authentication is OTP-based. User requests a code, verifies it, and receives a secure session for dashboard API access.

Is link ownership protected?

Yes. APIs verify authenticated ownership before returning QR assets, analytics, or allowing link updates.
